Managing your subscription is simple and seamless.
Just log into your account, head to “My Account” and click “Subscriptions” to update your preferences or make any changes. If you wish to cancel, simply select “Cancel Subscription” and confirm.
Please note: cancellations don’t automatically refund your most recent box—but we’re always here to support you. If you need a hand, just reach out. We’re happy to help in any way we can.

Your subscription renews every three months on the same date you originally joined.
For example, if you subscribe on 15th January, your next boxes will be billed on 15th April, 15th July, and so on—delivered like clockwork.
If you join on a date that doesn’t occur every month (like the 29th, 30th, or 31st), your renewal will gently adjust to the closest available date.
For instance:
→ Start on 31st August
→ September renewal: 30th
→ October to January: stays on the 30th
→ February: moves to the 28th and continues on the 28th thereafter
It’s all designed to run smoothly, so you never miss a moment of feeling confident and cared for.
